visit to gp and tested but no follow up and condtition went from bad to worse. in the end had to go to chelsea and westminster a and e dept who were superb . further tests to be done there in 3 weeks so still lacking in energy visited a nurse practioner at worlds end for advice for restoring energy basically a waste of time jean barker

dreadful service over the last 3 years with poorly trained front desk staff . very hard to see any gp let alone the same one the duty manager is never on duty

Forced to attend here for health visitor appointment for our newborn. The facilities are tired and run down and reception staff are short tempered and I’ll mannered. Would not recommend this venue at; avoid at all costs.

Attended for appointment on time. Was not checked in to appointment by admin staff. Was told to take a seat and I’d be called soon. No apology or explanation given. 45 minutes passed and I returned to desk. Was informed that because of error my slot had been moved. I was not told this and subsequently wasted an hour sat in the waiting area. Every time I asked at the desk was just told ‘I’d be called soon’ when clearly there was no intention of this as my slot had been moved. Moving GP surgery now as every encounter I have had with the admin staff at the practice has been rude, disrespectful and they seem to lack very basic communication skills.
