My doctor at this surgery has gone above and beyond to look into an undiagnosed condition that was triggered during routine pregnancy blood tests. This is my 4th pregnancy & each time I was informed the condition was due to pregnancy, however d the dr took the time to look back at my history and determine there may be an underlying cause non pregnancy related. He has followed up each time with a phone call, he is informative and friendly & I feel completely at ease under his care. I feel safe knowing that following the birth we will look into this condition thoroughly and work to understand the cause. It is worth noting I have only been under this practice quite recently after moving to this area in the last few years and following all other pregnancies where the condition was overlooked (in a different area under another practice). The care alone from this doctor gives me great confidence in the practice. Any other doctors / nurses / practitioners / receptionists myself or my children have seen have always been kind & helpful. I have found the service I have received to be very helpful and efficient from the Receptionist to the Doctor/ Nurse.
