My partner has been in rehabilitation for past 3 months. Can't thank all staff. Very professional in all aspects of there duties. Physiotherapy exceptional. Can not express my gratitude towards all staff. Thank you for all you have done for my buitiful partner jacquie

Today I visited a friend with dementia. I'm not from bham and had to travel to visi. 1st encounter was with workman roud to hospital was closed off this guy walked me to entrance I did not have a clue where to go. Went 1st to reassessment unit the sister went above and beyond to guide me to ward 5. When I came to leave same again I was bewildered where I needed to go to get to parked car .the ward clerk stepped up ill guide you she said and promptleylwd me to where I need to be. I cannot thank you as a hospital first of all for caring for my dear friend on ward 5 and secondly to the lovely staff who looked out for an 78yr old visitor. I thank you

Our mother sadly passed away in the hospital however the care she received whilst she was in their was fantastic. Thank you to each and everyone of the team for looking after our mother so well.

My mother has been in the hospital on ward four for four weeks. The nurses the doctors and all the staff are amazing. They do a fantastic job under extreme pressure and look after every patient as if they are part of their own family. (Amazing people) I can't thank them all enough.
