Visited Tiverton UTC early doors, was signed in promptly by the friendly and efficient receptionist. Was seen promptly by the Triage Nurse then seen soon after by the Advanced Paramedic who was on duty. Both members of staff who dealt with me were polite, friendly, efficient and professional. A real asset to the organisation, keep up the excellent work guys.

Having recently moved to the local area from the midlands we found ourselves needing to visit the Urgent Care Centre at Tiverton. The quality of service and care were very impressive, it was refreshing to see professionals enjoy the work they do and care about the patients/visitors experience. We arrived quite late in the evening, the receptionist on duty was very pleasant and went out of her way to ask one of the nurses to assist us with a delicate matter which was dealt with discretely instead of having to speak out loud in front of other patients. We appreciated this very much, we were also seen in a timely manner. Thank you all a Tiverton Urgent Care Unit, you get 5 Stars from my wife and I. Keep up the exemplary work!
