   Accompanied my wife with a chest infection, it said two hours wait. Four hours later she still hadn't been seen. There should be a number given and a display showing where you are in the queue. It's very badly run. Now she's got to go through the whole weekend and try to see her GP on Monday. What a complete waste of time

   Thank you for looking after me so professionally when I was quite ill . I cannot fault the service and help I received. Their triage and diagnosis and provisio of treatment I feel helped keep me out of A and E thank you again
