Appointment was cancelled by the clinic 20 minutes prior to the actual time of my Husbands appointment. We were actually driving from Louth to Spilsby at the time. My Husband was given the reason that the type of dressing needed, the clinic was unable to do this (my Husband was providing the actual dressing) We have since found out from the Community Nurse when she called the clinic, the reason was apparently lack of finance!!! Unbelievable!!!

The staff are welcoming, professional and extremely supportive. It feels very safe and clean, reassuring you that your health (and the staff) is paramount. I did not feel rushed and it was good to have everything explained to me. Parking is very easy outside and free!
