I had a cataract removal and lens replacement operation 4 days ago. The entire process at the Potters Bar Community Hospital, from arrival, guidance to the surgical suite, presurgery checks and advice, surgical preparation, the actual surgical procedure, post-surgery monitgoring, advice and provision of drugs, to my departure for home, was calm, efficient, effective and confidence building. Clinical staff members were uniformly polite and reassuring - what a team! My eye is already working well. Congratulations to all involved.

I attended Moorfields Potters Bar yesterday for a cataract operation. I must say how impressed I am with the service/care I received. All staff from the receptionist, nurses to the anaesthetist and surgeon were very kind, helpful, informative and gentle. Hoping all will be well but I know that if I do need to go back for any reason I will receive excellent care. Thank you to everyone.
