Review titled Breast screening
Rated 2 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 24 April 2024
Attending breast screening today for the first time at this clinic, previously went to Warrington Hosp. who are brilliant. Just glad it wasn't my first time. Not a smile, absolutely nothing to put me at ease,(have previously had breast cancer) not even a goodbye, one person on computer didnt look up and other person slumped on chair on mobile). Felt like a total nonentity

Review titled Brilliant service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I visited Bath St today at 9.50 10/04/24 for my breast screening. I always feel nervous as I have previously had breast cancer . Anyway the service I received was exemplary the nurse who did my mammogram is a credit to her profession and your practice , she put me at ease and talked to me on my level . Absolutely amazing service 👏 Thankyou .

Review titled Rude ,uncaring ,dismissive reception .
Rated 1 star out of 5

I rushed to get to bloods appt (parking problems ) waited while receptionist was on the phone for a while ,then she saw a lady ahead of me , arranging appt , then chatted about her grandchild looking in the ladies pram , knowing I was waiting , then informed me when it was finally my turn , I was 15 mins late so a dna.I burst out crying and she simply shout ‘Next ‘ . I would have been 8 mins otherwise and did try to explain not knowing the area to park , but was informed staff on lunch now so appt would have to be rearranged. She didn’t appear to care. Awful place and reviews back this up . My bloods are for a reason and ordered by Cardiology , don’t need this vile behaviour. I work with the public in hospitality and would be fired for this attitude .

Review titled How do you get to speak to anyone to get appointments?
Rated 1 star out of 5

How are you supposed to book a cervical screening appointment as I can't get through to my GP or to Bath Street to book one! I used to be able to ring a number, someone would answer and book an appointment which I'd attend and the process was as expected and simple. Not now. This is 2023 and this is ridiculously over-complicated and not what the NHS should be about. I'll come and sort out the admin if you can't!

Review titled Awful practice with unsympathetic receptionist
Rated 1 star out of 5

I have been trying to make an appointment to have an implant removed for over 3 weeks. After being on the phone waiting for someone to answer for over 20 minutes someone answers the phone then hangs up straight away. When you do eventually get through to someone their appointments have all been taken and you are the told to try again the next day. It’s disgusting that you cannot make an appointment to have something removed they fitted for you.

Review titled Great medical staff terrible admin staff
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Once you have an appointment here I honestly cannot fault the medical team. However the admin team are a nightmare. You can never get through on their phone lines. You get stuck in a pre recorded loop. The admin staff are aware of this and have been for a number of weeks, however they just dismiss why complaints about it. You shouldn’t have to go in person to book an appointment
