I've been using the service for a couple of months, and have found it to be excellent. You hear a lot on the news about mental health services struggling, but this has not been my experience. I found the staff personable, knowledgeable and supportive through a difficult time. I'm very grateful for the help I've received and what's more it's all been free! Thanks again

Was referred to Coleman house following an overdose, was seen in the next couple of days after and spoke to someone regarding my issues, week after I found out they was discharging me back to my GP and said I had to have counselling on primary care, which I already have done in the past which hasn't helped, I don't know what you have to do to get proper help in this country

I had reason to contact Coleman House for a Client I was supporting through my work. I was promised a callback which happened within a couple of hours and the call was in fact made by the Client's personal support worker. They gave good advice and followed up with my Client by phone immediately after our call. I am very grateful for the timely support.
