   This was a community visit by psychiatrist and Community Psychiatric nurse on 20/10/23. Therefore, I am not sure if this review will be counted. It was an initial assessment with a view to taking on the care of my brother by the Woking Mental Health Care team. He lives in West Byfleet. Following the meeting the psychiatrist said she would discuss with the team at the next meeting and would definitely get back to us: either to my brother himself, or to my (deputy) brother. We are still waiting. A simple phone call is all that was needed. I struggle to understand how a vulnerable person can be treated with such contempt by healthcare workers. I am very disappointed. My brother deserves better.
