    I have now been waiting seven months to be seen by a professional. I have had two appointments cancelled despite being in desperate need of care. Appalling. Honestly worried for the amount of people being failed by this service in Manchester.

    Lucky if they even pick up the phone. High staff turnover, no consistency in care, cancelled appointments and no communication.

    Had appointments cancelled 4 consecutive times. Last three because she had evenings even though she had clinics and appointments to listed duty of care very poor.

    Nobody ever answers the phone , they do not return calls if you leave messages, and do not follow up with calls when they say they will. I’ve just phoned customer care but no answer so I will be sending an email. Absolutely disgusting treatment for vulnerable people struggling with their mental health - can’t even get my prescription ! Cqc or whoever need to be involved and investigate.
