   I was seen by the doctor regarding my mental health which lead to a change in medication and would lead me needing blood tests. He has not passed any of this information onto my GP to I am still waiting for blood tests and my new prescription

   was refered by my gp becuase i was suffering with my mental and in much need for help with it but they refered me on to living well which is good in itself but dose not give me help with my mental and also they should have consulted with me before they went ahead in refereing me on to living well

   gp refered me to ramsgate house because i was suffering greatly with my mental health they refered me on to living well salford which is ok in itself but would not solve psychological problems also it would have been nice if they consulted with me on there intetions instead of being refered on to living well
