Ignored me for two weeks, and left me without a prescription. Blatant lies when I called, claiming they tried to call. They haven't. Staff couldn't care less. 6 months waiting for help and finally end up here. What a disgrace. This hospital will cost people their lives. Truly disgusting.

One of the worst practices ive ever encountered. Was referred here over a year ago and had an initial phone consultation, after that nothing for over 9 months, called in on countless occasions, only to be told "sorry cannot find you on our system" and "we will look into that and call you back" after pushing and having some very stern conversations I was finally called in, only to be told by the Doctor (who has very informative and helpful in his diffence) , that the doctor I was under left after that the zannia centre didn't bother to employ anyone else nor, has someone deal with that particular Docotrs patients, I was disgusted as a doctor should have sole fo of duty of care upon their patients regardless of leaving or not. How many patients must have been disregarded and how many with severe mental health would have just been left in the dark. This facility is a joke, it should be reviewed and questioned.
