   My Daughter was referred to the crisis team , who I have to say were great. When she was handed over to the care of the hospital psychiatrist, the last thing she said to the crisis team was, "Please don't let me fall through the cracks." That was in September last year so far she has had only one appointment, that was last October. Since then she has been in the care of the crisis team several times. I phone regularly to be told that "they are talking about her case and we will send a letter next week. Nothing happens no one cares. I am left with the shell of a young woman who was physically and mentally abused by her ex partner. And she has indeed fallen through the cracks.
