   The actual doctors are lovely in my experience, the receptionists and admin staff are miserable and dismissive and extremely unorganised. If you’re struggling mentally they are the worst to converse with, the doctors are very good however. Please speak to people nicely when they are struggling mentally , you don’t know how badly your dismissive behaviour as a receptionist can affect people mentally.
