   Disappointing care. They offer you help and solutions and then take it away from you. They offered me blood tests and an online DBT course. The nurse didn’t turn up twice to take the bloods. I had one Skype session for the DBT and then got discharged out of CMHT so I won’t be having the blood tests and I can no longer have DBT. I had side effects from the medication so stopped taking it, they gave me a leaflet to try a different one which was pointless because they’ve discharged me so I have no medication either.
