I unfortunately had to have a colonoscopy due to symptoms I was displaying. This is obviously a concerning time and the procedure a necessity to eliminate some possible underlying conditions. The nurse that met me and explained what was going to happen was brilliant. Friendly, down to earth, funny but very professional. The person who performed the procedure was equally friendly and professional as well as obviously skilled in their field! Throughout the procedure I was made to feel as comfortable as possible for what is “an intrusive” procedure. Thank you all for making a “not very pleasurable experience” as good as it could have been !!

Had a long wait to originally be seen, but so impressed by the physiotherapists knowledge advice and help. Excellent staff that have made a huge difference to the amount of pain that I was in. I was lucky enough to manage a cancellation when I was really bad and the difference that made I'm so greatful for.

I attended xtay dept 21/04 at 9.00 and found the staff to be friendly and efficient but I particularly noticed how lovely and helpful the receptionist was in dealing with a telephone enquiry and advising someone the best and quickest way to get their x-ray done.
