  1. Review titled Friendly and relaxing

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Visited as an outpatient this week. All staff I met were warm and friendly. The doctor was wonderful. Friendly and humorous. A pleasure to meet which is the first time I've ever thought that about a doctor. I mostly find them patronizing and lacking communication skills. Got a very speedy referral for an MRI too. Restored my faith in doctors. I'd recommend the hospital to anybody if they have the option.

  2. Review titled Great local service which is patient centred

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Have often been a bit cynical about what good physio can do but my experience of my treatment over the last nine months has been very positive. My practitioner (am) listens carefully and is both supportive and challenging and provides a range of routines and exercises that certainly have made a difference….thank you

  3. Review titled Unfriendly and unprofessional

Rated 1 star out of 5

Myself and my brother brought my dad to this hospital for his appointment which we were rudely advised it had not been booked or confirmed which I can’t understand. The lady who was sat at the front desk was extremely rude and unwelcoming, which I think within a few minutes, she had realized how bad her manners were and continued to improve her manners. We were then advised to go down to the physiotherapy unit to check if our appointment was still booked in there and again, another lady working there was quite abrupt and did not make any of us feel welcome. My poor dad was embarrassed which made me feel so upset. I am so dissatisfied so far with this hospital, we have rearranged our appointments twice now; first was because it hadn’t been confirmed? And now because there was no urologist in on the day of my dads second appointment which in all common sense, should not have been arranged on a date where no one was available, this should have been checked. It really is a shame about why I’ve had to leave this review but I am putting my dad first here and it brings me so much sadness that this is where h has to go just to be messed around and spoken to so disrespectfully.
