    I contacted the duty desk today and my call was passed to my psychiatrists secretary. She was very helpful and reassuring. Told me exactly what was going to happen. As discussed, she phoned me back in a timely manner with very clear and helpful advice and information from my psychiatrist to help me manage my condition. She told me that if my condition remained the same that I was to call again and my psychiatrist would arrange a telephone appointment.

    When calling, I have found over a lengthy period, the phones unanswered much of the time and an answer machine on, during open hours. More importantly, when able to get through, messages are not always passed on to social worker/support workers etc.
