    Trying to get through to any department at this health centre is beyond a joke! I waited for 3 hours on hold to try get an appointment, I hung up in the end because just noone was answering. How am I meant to be getting the care I need if I can't even make a simple appointment. Staff are extremely rude and act like you are putting them out by helping you I'm any way. I ended up going to another health centre due to not getting anything from Aldershot.

    What isn't made clear is that there are multiple GP surgeries in this one centre. If you try to telephone the centre number, there are options to select to be routed to the correct clinic. However, the clinics names have changed. The prompt said "for all other clinics, please wait", which I did. when the phone was answered by the receptionist, she was incredibly rude, sarcastically asking me why I would even try telephoning this number given the clinic's number changed four years ago. When I tried to explain that not only was I not aware of the correct contact and also that the options needed to be updated, she kept on cutting across me with her sarcastic remarks. Seriously, if it's compassion you're looking for at the doctors, you're not off to a good start if this is what the reception is like.

    Since Ald C for H opened I have attended here over the years maybe a dozen times for Blood tests and appointments with specialists. I have never experienced anything but first rate service. All Nhs staff helpful, polite and appointments rarely late. Only ever once needing more than one hours parking, and always found spaces. A great experience.

    i have been trying for 2 days to call the number however regardless of which option i choose the line cuts off almost immediately. how is anyone supposed to get the results of a scan which is now nearly 2 months since the actual scan. lets just hope that there is not a serious problem as getting anywhere with the place is impossible. i am going to have to actually come into the centre taking time out of work to get something that should have been sent to my GP. needless to say i am very unhappy, can't say with the service because as far as i can see there is no telephone service provided. i can appreciate that you are busy but being kept waiting in a queue for ages is preferable to nothing

    Still waiting after 6 months to get results of tests. GP unable to get results. Absolutely shocking. Fortunately I don’t have cancer.

  6. Review titled Excellent patient care

    I had a CT Colonography which was carried out by a Radiographer who was thoughtful, considerate and gentle. I was told what was going to happen, and then when it happened. Thank you for making me so relaxed. Excellent service.

    From the lack of responses from the doctors, to mistakes being made, to the hold times and the receptionist attitudes - an entire lack of patient care across the board.

    Third time in as many weeks I go to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist is out, another waste of money on parking and another return trip. Very poor service.
