   I have eupd and I have been under the mental health service for years I moved and fell under pepperville catchment area. I was refused service multiple times after telling them how low I was feeling and I was finding it difficult to leave the house. I have a small child I look after too. I am so upset and I really feel like I've been let down by people that are supposed to help me when I feel this low it took all my strength to chase these appointments and I've been left feeling hopeless
