    For appointment, The GP expect to call at 8 AM to book an appointment. And appointment only be allocated for that day only. When called at 8 AM to book, there is ALWAYS long queue i.e. Minimum 40 - 50 mins. And after waiting for that long, the phone line just disconnect. And when call again, you get in the queue. After trying, 3 - 4 days I was not able to book appointment hence I called on later hours only to hear there is no appointment available and call next day morning at 8 AM and they can not book in advance for other days. This is not acceptable service. For working parents it's disaster to book an appointment almost spend 1 hour waiting on call and get no booking. They don't have online bookings service either. Since they don't plan bookings for next couple of days, everyone registered in this GP and looking to see doctor dial in at 8 AM and the phone line just get flooded every day at 8. Its bad experience for patients and the operator on other hand. Check the reviews on Google maps for this GP, and many reviewer experience is similar on booking system.
