    That nothing but had problsms in using mental health service just add to the vunerbality and burn out. Who takes the call really depedant what type support that get. Told to phone back by helpful staff member only to be dissmissed on the next phone call, just going told going around in circles, that ask what is the support and cannot tell me! Put on hold in a crissis, that happened too many time to count and phone still connected, time still hearing talking in the back ground. That not a listerning service ,as time take part anything say even between a counsellor or dianogsis as very sentive and future rather avoid. That are staff do want to help,that person I talked to before. That had to go else where for support, we’re local mental health services think was not a problem, that was in a very bad way that other services picking up my welfare and becuase of that reports are shared from mental health service to other agencies it causes further impact to psyhcial care servicses as miss directed as over all communicarion between me as a pateint and services and adds more work then explain full extent if the problems. I must learn to try not be dependant on the services, but always encouraged to use it as a emergency.
