    After one appointment with the well being service I unfortunately had to cancel any follow up appointments because a family member was taken ill and I would not be in the right head space to continue CBT. After emailing the therapist this I received absolutely no response except a text message to rate the service. Two months later I have received an email saying I’ve been discharged from the service. I am appalled at the lack of personal response from my professional, especially since we had one appointment together they knew how I was mentally unwell. They didn’t leave any contact details for any other service in case I was struggling. It proves to me how each patient is just another box for them to tick off. There’s nothing personal about it which is not helpful to anyone who is struggling. I will not refer myself to this service again.
