    My PDoc is great, but when I comes to communicating with the admin/reception I have experienced that they are woefully negligent (that's when they decided to turn on their phone lines from closed to available) I have requested on four separate occasions in the past month for them to notify my GP surgery on my change in medication. The Past three phone calls Crombie House admin have lied to me saying it has been sent though to the surgery in the proper manner, luckily my GPs are very understanding and keep checking correspondence because they know how distressing it is for me to be off antipsychotics for 3 weeks, but they can't do anything.

    Been in secondary care at Crombie house for over 1 year. The level of support and service given has been quite extremely disappinting. Despite multiple requests that medications are not working more specialist treatment is needed, was prompted to keep trying medication (despite already doing so over the last 10 years). They were prompted to please stop and they continue. They also severely delayed sending and have given completely inaccurate (and severely late, by over 2 months) reports to GP. This only compounds the existing issues and am significantly worse than when entered the practise. I understand that NHS services are stretched thin, but the treatment received has been extremely below adequate.

    I’ve been under the care of my psychiatrist for nine years and I can quite honestly say that I would not be alive today if I hadn’t of had my Doctors kindness, support and care. When things were difficult my psychiatrist was always there for me to help and support me through sometimes dangerous and scary moments but I’m still here so thank you to the fantastic team at Crombie House
