I am now having face to face counselling at Blackburn house liverpool so have cancelled my talk therapies with you but I want to Thank you so much for all the support you have given me in the meantime, My therapist from talking therapies has been really supportive an so helpful to me whilst going through this bad journey. Im also putting all the crisis an emergency Numbers you have provided to me in my Address book so i will always have them handy. Once again thank you so much for all your help and support. The therapy I received was excellent. I wanted to sort out why I dealt with things in a certain way due to childhood abuse. Unfortunately several dramas happening in my life prevented me from achieving this. After discussion with my therapist I decided to discontinue my therapy. Again therapist was excellent sending information I could peruse and use

Sadly my experience with Talk Liverpool was not what I expected. I was put onto Silvercloud (CBT via my laptop) I found it muddled and with no explanation. I tried to contact via email for help and was told someone would contact me, this never happened, emailed numerous times no response, tried to call and phone rang out then just went dead. The next thing I know is, I have been discharged for not using Silvercloud, which Is untrue as I have tried...I feel this is a shoddy service and really needs looking at. Really disappointed.

I have been struggling with social anxiety, and the GP referred me to TalkLiverpool. Now the whole CBT in Silvercloud has been completed, but it's more about just identifying the problems. Unfortunately, I don't find them practical enough to help me. I had already waited for several months for this CBT and it was quite a disappointment. As I now need further help, I am on another waiting list which is expected to be 28 weeks—what a shame.

Lack of continuation of care - constantly re-telling trauma and issues to different therapists. Therapy was terminated by letter from them due to my sporadic attendance. Zero phone call to discuss and when I asked to complain was consistently ignored.
