Brilliant service, really helping me through my condition and great at explaining it to me in a way I can understand and work with. Really caring staff.

My partner was referred by our doctor because of acute stomach pains . We arrived 4 hours earlier than appointment because of the pain and he was seen within 15 minutes. The doctor thought it was appendicitis and referred us immediately to the acute medical ward at SGH . He, in fact did have an abscess on his appendix which was removed. The situation could have been so much worse and we are so thankful to the receptionist and doctor at Hythe for their kindness and professionalism.

I was seen within three hours of phoning for an appointment. The doctor was very helpful and was able to prescribe medication which was available immediately. The whole experience was excellent. Thank you very much

I have endured a long term cough but put off attempting to make a doctors appointment hoping it would get better by itself, however it all became too much and I asked my practice reception to make an appoint for me. I was completely surprised to be referred to the new Hythe hospital within the hour,where I was expected, the appointment was right on time and was diagnosed very quickly and efficiently, by friendly staff. I am now under treatment. Thank you John Mayell

We have had to visit twice in the last week unfortunately however, the friendliness and efficiency of the Reception staff, cleanliness and light airy waiting area and efficiency and compassion shown to us via the nursing staff during our appointments was second to none - so pleased to have this improved version of this service again on the Waterside, thank you all!
