I was helped very promptly when I was feeling very scared, the staff showed great kindness and gave me lots of reassurance, giving me the confidence to trust them, they make you feel safe and cared for. Everyone who came in was dealt with appropriately and very quickly. The staff were respectful and acted accordingly to each individual person. The food they provide is extremely good and I do not understand why people complain about hospital food? The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The staff go above and beyond to help you. I would have no hesitation going to them again and recommend anyone who's struggling to please reach out- They're amazing!

I have recently come into contact with Miranda House due to my dad becoming poorly and required inpatient care. It’s extremely early days into his care but the care, compassion & prompt care that every single worker we came into contact with during our first 24 hours was unbelievable. They spoke with kindness and compassion and have kept me involved every step of the way so far. Nothing has been too much and to be told that no matter what time of day that I can call the ward for updates are the most encouraging words to hear when your loved one is getting care for the first time in their life. The staff at Miranda house deserve the praise and recognition for delivering a fantastic mental health facility - Thankyou for caring about us.
