I went there as a walk-in for a stressful situation and I was seen quickly by helpful people who gave me all the help and information I wanted, taking even more precautionary measures than I knew I needed, clearly cared and helped reassure me. Everyone was nice and comforting too. Being used to not being understood, taken seriously or listened to by doctors, having the people in this clinic understand my situation and actually be helpful makes a big difference and I wish all NHS services were as good as this was. I know this work is hard, and I hope at least everyone who works on making this service great for people knows that lots of people are grateful for it. And I hope that nurses are well rewarded for their work.

Needed to get a contraceptive implant taken out urgently as the side effects were horrendous. GP had a 4 month waiting list. After phoning round multiple sexual health clinics & private practices, we were told the quickest would be 3 weeks away. Then we held on the phone for Buryfields & they offered an appt the same day to have it removed! Thank you so much to all the friendly staff, it's very much appreciated

Amazing, helpful and polite service. March 2023: We all know it can be a bit awkward going to the sex health clinic (though it shouldn't) and we can feel nervous because of the range of tests including blood, urine, anus etc. But the staff at Buryfields were just great. From the lady who took my first call and made me feel so at ease with the booking, to the first interview staff who gave us advice and a review and then the wonderful nurse who took our blood tests. Such a nice team. We even had a cheeky tea on one visit as well as a really well informed chat with a senior nurse who was so professional and caring with us with our plans going forward. Can't praise the team at Buryfields enough - thanks so much. It's an hour drive to you, but we'll worth it. Keep up the amazing work.

I have been telephoning sporadically but often for over a year. I have a health problem and cannot get an appointment. There used to be a walk in option but that’s gone… no doubt due to continuing underfunding from the government, I don’t blame the clinic, they’ve always been wonderful in past years.

There is a lot of people all the time. I would like to say I’m so proud for all stuff are working there is such a stressful work. Bless NHS. Thank you so much for everything you done to me. I had a rush and I received even a Hydromol which finely I found out that I’m so allergic on simple shampoo. Bless everyone in there lovely stuff are doing great job. About the way I hate people who are criticising NHS unrespectful. Happy holidays for everyone in there.
