  1. Review titled Bad experience

In and out within 30 mins, excellent experience with reception as always very polite and welcoming ( makes a difference when feeling unwell) .. can’t say the same about the Nurse I saw. Called my name and didn’t acknowledge I was even there until I sat down! Was too busy shouting across me and having a conversation with the other nurses and then just pointing at the chair to sit down.. very abrupt ,uncaring and made me feel like an inconvenience for needing help and not interested in anything I was saying. I have always had a very good experience with the lovely nurses here so was totally shocked and upset by her bad attitude especially as I was clearly unwell and it took a lot to get myself there only to be met with a very uncaring and uninterested Nurse. Hopefully this is just an unfortunate one off bad experience and does not reflect in any way on the rest of the lovely Nurses and reception staff that have always been polite and caring whenever I’ve attended in the past.. keep up the good work!

  2. Review titled Appalling

Rated 1 star out of 5

Brought my 2 children in with obvious ear infections, both had pain and discoloured ear leakage. Upon checking they said no one of my children did not have an ear infection, it was red and a bit ‘bubbly’ from congestion…..he is currently severely unwell ear still leaking and having to seek treatment elsewhere as would no return to this place again. Second child he has compacted ear wax so it is impossible to see behind this and examine his ear drum, his ear had also been leaking as well as nausea and vomiting, a second opinion was needed as nurse didn’t think this was an ear infection. Anyway got prescribed ear drops, what kind of medical professional issues ear drops to a child with compacted ear wax, clearly these are not going to be able to effectively treat the infection. So again having to seek treatment elsewhere because symptoms have not gone and have worsened. So thanks, thanks a lot

I have undergone treatment twice per week for about a year, which ended last month due a successful outcome. The service offered was excellent and very caring.

  5. Review titled Thankyou

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I came in yesterday whilst having a prolonged anxiety attack. I saw 2 people, I'm afraid I can't remember their names i was pretty emotional. But I can't thank them enough for their care and reassurance they gave me. After being triaged the lady I saw was fantastic, she took the time to research options for me as I've been working away from home and just moved house so getting further care was a little bit complicated. I felt like they all took so much time (that they probably didn't have) to try and get me the help I needed and to put into perspective what my life priorities should be without being patronising. I felt reassured my symptoms were valid (which isnt always the case from past experience with doctors) and like they genuinely cared. The best treatment I've ever received when it comes to my mental health. I have made the changes I was advised and sought further treatment. I cant thank them enough for how brilliant they were with me and their fantastic handling of my symptoms and emotional state. Please pass on to the individuals

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! People come to walking center to be seen then waiting for 30 or more to triage then waiting god know how long to be seen by nurse …. Sad thing is not even busy !!!! Walking center they are made to help people not going to hospitals…. Then we end up waiting even more completely ridiculous and hilarious is publicity all around (Zero tolerance ) and my question is what about patients care ?
