I have no complaint with the treatment, but with the address which says enter by Entrance C , London Road. It is possible to get to the Osmaston Road Urgent -treatment clinic from there during the day, but not to get back to the car park after the double doors have been closed at 6.00pm. My 83 year-old husband with poor mobility, and myself had to go back to the Osmaston Rd clinic, and order a taxi to the London Road car park! Surely there should be a clear notice about when the doors back into the Nightingale are locked? After having had an accident, the last thing you want to find is that you really needed to have entered via the Osmaston Road entrance.

I would firstly like to say that I am extremely sorry that you have had cause to complain. I appreciate that you will not have done so lightly and I would like to thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. The PALS office is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 4.30. You can attend without a prior appointment during the office hours, or ring to make an appointment if it is more convenient to you. No complaints about the urgent care centre itself but this service is not supported by an out of hours pharmacy. No pharmacy within a 12 miles radius to dispense a prescription after 6pm.
