    i had a phone call contact with a person from healthy minds, regarding my problems, it was a very enlightning talk, it helped me a great deal

    This service needs investigating and service users' views listening to. People who need this service are vulnerable and many desperate for help, sadly this service is of very poor quality and damaging. There needs to be a complete overhaul

    i was referred to silvercloud 2 weeks ago by my counsellor. i was told to call back yesterday if i had not heard. rang rwice yesterday and again today left voicemails not had a response now my 2 weeks is up and i might have lost my place. this is not my fault i would like another referral

    I have had two appointments where they were supposed to ring me and I have not received a phone call. As someone with mental health issues this causes more problems than it solves as I’ve been waiting for over 2 months for an assessment which still hasnt been done.
