I was referred for coil removal after a previous failed attempt so was nervous about having it done. The procedure was explained and and performed with dignity and respect and no pain. All staff were friendly and professional.

I had my hormonal IUS removed and the copper coil IUD put in. Both doctor and nurse were lovely and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They were efficient where needed, but in such a way that it minimised my pain and made the process tolerable. Thank you very much.

Just want to say a thank you to the wonderful staff at the Branston Clinic. Everyone is so lovely, from the reception staff through to the nurses and consultants-even under the daily pressures they’ve always got time for each patient.

I was really nervous about my fitting today but the doctor and nurse was so lovely and calming. Also the staff were so lovely and helpful! It wasn’t the most comfortable procedure because of the nature but really wanted to say that they made my experience so much better and wanted to thank them ever so much for how caring and considerate they were for my appointment.

Old coil removed, new one inserted. Felt slightly nervous and bit woozy afterwards as have low blood pressure but it didn’t take long and I was made comfortable and everything explained throughout the procedure.

I had been informed by my GP that my coil was about to expire and they no longer providing that service.They gave me Branston Sexual Health's clinic number to contact. I cannot express my gratitude and I also cannot express in words how we'll treated I was by whole team at Branston Sexual Heath clinic, from the attendants at first call, to the call back from the nurse and the care and attention delivered by the doctor. All personal has provided me outstanding service and I feel so privileged to be in such good hands. 10/10 to the staff at Branston Sexual Health Clinic. Great professionals.
