  1. Review titled Methods of communications

Rated 5 stars out of 5

today, I reieved a text informing that I had been placed on a waiting list and that I would be contacted shortly by phone call by them to arrange appointment. I'm hard of hearing and don't like phone calls. A text message with hyperlinks for choice a, B, or c for the appointment options available, where you touch option of choice which imforms them producing a text back. Alternatively can referral communications be done through the current NHS app using patient log in which I use. NHS noreply texts could direct people to log in to NHS website or app and go to appointments and referrals.

  2. Review titled Why have a service?

Rated 1 star out of 5

After appalling and upsetting treatment I tried to ask for help in preventing this from happening to anyone else only to be told that service and PALs were too busy to talk to, read emails or otherwise engage with anyone. Obviously the only way left is the media.

Thank you to A and E LGI Leeds and the major trauma ward L10 for the fantastic, speedy, professional, timely care you provided to my son this weekend after a compound fracture to his LEFT arm. He and his partner were treated with compassion, dignity and above all professionalism. You provided speedy emergency care and your excellent surgical team have given him the best chance possible of making a good recovery from a very complex, traumatic fracture. We feel that words really cannot express how grateful we are for your care. Your staff are a real credit to the NHS nothing was too much. He went home within 48 hours pain free and really comfortable. You truly are very skilled as a team. Thank you so much - Mandy Blackburn
