   I have been ringing this service for the last three weeks upwards of 30 times a day to try and discuss my appointment and not once has anyone answered. Absolutely terrible service and no one in the local area seems to have any helpful advice.

   I've been calling since Friday the 5th till now and no one answers! I know I've called at least 40 in the last two weeks and today I've called 7 times and still nothing, but I know when I get there for my appointment on the 18th there gonna say it's my fault for not calling to make a special arrangement for my diabetes. The service sucks and they need to do better! I can't imagine someone calling them for an a emergency and no one answers.

   I've been trying to phone them on and off for almost a week now. Nobody is answering the phone. Its ridiculous.

   Have you tried to contact this clinic? The phone number is just constantly busy - no recorded message with info, no instructions or any way to leave a message, it's just 'engaged'. You are not held in a queue and your call is not important to us. Risible.
