Review titled Shambles

Tickets for blood tests used to be given out on a first come, first served bases, as long as you stayed in the waiting area. They have now changed the system to putting the tickets out at 10am. It is now a free for all irrelevant if you have been waiting since 9.30. If you are unsteady on your feet or a slow walker you have no chance in getting the number you should have been allocated. This is absolutely appalling. Pushing people out of the way to get a number or taking two numbers for someone who hasnt yet arrived, I have witnessed this on several occasions when I have been in the waiting room.

We needed district nurses to administer drugs for what became 6 weeks twice daily. The nurses always attended including bank holidays (xmas and new year) were efficient , professional friendly and helpful. They gave as much support as possible to the patient and partner . We cannot thank them enough

Review titled Awful place with terrible care

I’ve had a total of 6 appointments here. 5 of which nobody turned up to and one where the nurse spoke to my partner instead of me, gave him my prescription, asked him how I was and told him that my mental health was his responsibility. I was told I’d get another appointment in 4 weeks to assess the new medication but never did. They gave me a random antidepressant and didn’t correlate it to my current medication and then I never heard from them again. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
