   I arrived at a very crowded clinic and assumed I would be there for hours. I had sympathy for the staff, clinicians, doctors, consultants facing those crowds! But all I experienced was patience, gentleness and expertises. Time was taken over my tests and the consultant I saw was gentle, patient obviously expert and took time with me. Thank you all so very much... and I wasn't there nearly as long as I initially thought. Most of the Nation think of you as heroes which you are for sure.
