From attending Bassetlaw A&E to Emergency Eye Clinic appointment the service given by the Consultants, Sr's, HCSW was professional and excemplatory.

Why do you make everything so hard. The telephone numbers on your letters don’t take you to the correct place. You ask us to contact you if unable to attend or rearrange the time of your appointment yet after going through 4 different departments to amend my appointment I was spoken to by a very rude individual stating well we don’t know everyone personal circumstance we just send out letters, if you want an afternoon appointment then you would need to travel to Doncaster. No thanks, you keep releasing figure about the amount of patience that don’t turn up or cancel their appointments no wonder when it’s so much hassle to speak to a polite individual that has a willingness to help. The email address also on that same letter again based in Doncaster can’t help with appointments I. Bassetlaw. It’s stressful enough having to go for a mammogram without giving people that work the flexibility to alter their time so that we don’t have to take two hours out of the middle of our shift.

Had a visit to the colonoscopy department the treatment was outstanding they explained every part of the procedure. All the staff are so caring and professional. I cannot praise them enough, a big, big thank you

Absolutely fantastic care from the Nurse Practitioner at the Same Day Health Centre in Doncaster. I felt listened to, and my opinion valued. We visited twice in a matter of weeks with both our daughters (one with tonsillitis, and one with Scarlet Fever) They were thorough in their examinations and really wanted to help us.

Admitted to A & E with heart problem. Every member of staff, without exception, was efficient, reassuring, pleasant, helpful and methodical. On occasions, throughout my life, I have relied on the NHS to treat me and keep me well. The NHS is a wonderful facility and we should all work hard to ensure that its staff are suitably remunerated for the jobs they do. Thank you all
