I would like to say how warm and friendly the staff make you feel as soon as you enter the building, every member of staff had a smile on their face all introduced them selfs to the patient they was seeing to, wish all hospitals and surgeries was like this one. Fabulous

I have nothing but praise for the experience at the nightingale centre. I was put at ease by every member of staff. Treated with kindness and compassion from entering to leaving. The department is run efficiently. Thankyou each and every one of you

I attended today to investigate two areas picked up by a CT scan for something else. The staff were friendly and efficient. Every process was explained in detail. The fact that I had a mammogram, followed by an ultrasound and two small procedures, then consultation with my consultant, was amazing. I didn’t have time to think and worry! I would 100% recommend the Breast Unit.

Staff would not let me sit with my wife in the reception to support her. I train medical receptionists and admin/ clinical staff, and this fell well short of good patient/customer service

I had a routine mammogram recently and I can't praise the lovely people enough from reception to the outstanding radiographer. This is such an up close and personal scan but the radiographer was lovely and put me at ease, she was so friendly and happy. They made me feel welcome and were lovely. Thank you.

Had to wait a while to see a Dr when arrived. However the staff kept us regularly updated of waiting times. Very well organised, fluid from one test to another. Every member of staff that engaged with me introduced themselves by first name and were extremely friendly and empathetic.

Had cause to visit the Nightingale recently over a three week period. The care and attention I received was faultless and delivered with great sensitivity. Thank you.

I was recalled following my first routine screening mammogram and having a close family member with a history of breast cancer I was terrified I would get that diagnosis too. I cannot praise the staff enough. I walked into the centre terrified and was immediately greeted with a smile and told that a nurse would be with me soon to run through everything. the nurse could see I was frightened and she ran through everything that was going to happen. A little while later she checked up on me in the waiting area and she had a wonderful way of communicating and helped take away some of my anxiety. The consultant and all the team were amazing. They explained everything very well and were extremely kind and respectful. There was plenty of opportunities to ask questions and everyone was pleased to help answer them. My husband accompanied me to the appointment and he said what an amazing team of professionals. For anyone worried just like I was, I hope that by reading this review it will help you to know that a kind and understanding team are there for you. It really does make all the difference. All the very best.
