Had a small procedure, easy parking, could do with better sign for day surgery button as bit hard to find at weekends. All staff on duty wonderful, attentive, explanations easy to understand, all very caring and considerate.

I visited danetree today for the first time in many years and what a delightful experience . Firstly parking was very easy receptionist very helpful and polite hospital spotlessly clean felt more like a private hospital I would have normally gone to northampton but I will definatley like to use this hospital again it's a pity NGH isn't like it

I visit Danetre Ophthalmology every year. for my annual check up and even through Covid. I would just like to thank the receptionist, Nurses and consultants. As each visit I have always had exceptional level of courtesy and treatment. after todays (21/11/2023) again was looked after brilliantly and would like to thank all staff and especially the consultant who was very clear and professional, good natured and considerate. I think we are always to quick to write bad reviews, but felt I needed to say a big thank you to Danetre hospital for its service it provides. Thank You :)

Review titled Kindness, compassion and expertise - inpatient experience

My mum was admitted to the inpatient assessment ward and sadly passed away several weeks later. The kindness, compassion and generosity of the team who took care of her in her final weeks still makes me feel emotional to think about. What an amazing group of people, they helped her to feel safe and cared about even through the most awful of times. We, as a family, also experienced their compassion and thoughtfulness and we always felt that they were on top of her medical needs/the drastic changes in her condition and understood her. We thanked them endlessly, the amazing staff, but words can not do justice to how much we meant this. I can only assume that the team are well managed and supported given the way they were able to connect with our Mum and be there with her and for her in the final weeks. Superb care on many levels, thank you.

Visited for investigative tests. Hospital is exceptionally clean and spacious. Parking easy. Staff were very kind and thoughtful to patients and relatives. Very reassuring in the way staff treat patients. Highly skilled.
