I visited Isebrook today to have a blood test and xray. I was a few minutes late but everyone was lovely. The lady who took my blood test was very friendly and was the least painful blood test I've ever had. Barely felt the needle. She noticed it was my birthday in a couple of days and asked me about what I was doing. The time I had booked had then caused me to be 30mins early for my xray but went and said I'm obviously happy to wait. She was very friendly and booked me in. I was seen within 5mins. So 25mins before my appointment was due. Xray was quick and again friendly staff. Overall extremely happy with my experience of isebrook today. Thank you everyone

I cannot leave a review for the phlebotomy dept. specifically because oddly it is not listed on the dept. choice page. Anyway, went for a blood test, was in and out in under 5 minutes. Clean, efficient, friendly, professional - thank you ladies, you are all a part of a great team.

Attended today & the receptionist was pleasant & advised I may have a small wait. The phlebotomist was kind enough to fit me in early. She was pleasant & took blood almost without me knowing. Many thanks !

I arrived for an X ray in great pain and distress. Your receptionist aided me and even took me to my car in a wheelchair.i couldn't have managed without her and all done with the greatest attitude. A big thankyou
