i needed to talk about an appointment and was ringing from 8 am until 8.45 am with no answer. Whilst the web site claims to open at 8 am the phones are apparently not manned until 9 am. That makes no sense whatsoever - what if you urgently need to cancel and appointment? I look forward to hearing from you. Jan Reed

One of the easiest, relaxed appointments I have had to attend within the NHS. Staff were fab, friendly and informative. Specialist was very efficient making me feel confident and comfortable. The centre itself was lovely clean & bright. Thankyou Stourbridge Health Centre & Thankyou NHS

Very nice staff, but the room was not very accommodating for 6 adults an 3 children it was very hot an only one table fan. Toys weren’t very clean an due to my son putting things in his mouth. The day after her come down with sickness and diarrhoea bug. While in the room it was very hard to concentrate with the professionals as the noise with others talking was abit loud. I did comment an say it was hard to listen.

I visited the ENT at this center and he was absolutely fantastic. He was so caring and really took his time to explain everything he was going to do. When cauterising my nose it was numbed first which I have never been offered before. The nurse helping him was also amazing and the reception staff were lovely too. You’re all a credit to the NHS!

Today I attended the Community ENT clinic at Stourbridge Health and Social Care. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. The medical treatment I received was first rate and compared very favourably with the altrrnative. Well done guys.

I have been to a few departments within the centre from blood tests, Physio & ENT. I can honestly say that all my experiences here were pleasant. The staff are so friendly, they reassurred me, they were caring & explained everything prior to the procedure. The receptionists were also friendly. Thank you to all.
