    I phoned the practice for a appointment with a doctor and was given a choice of times within a few days. On the day of the appointment I made my way upstairs using the lift/elevator to the clean and brightly lit reception area where I was greeted by friendly and informative staff. I only had to wait a few minutes due to my being early for the appointment. The doctor that I saw was knowledgible and up to date with my medical needs, after a discussion of around15 minutes a course of action was agreed and the next appointment was booked. I couldn't be happier with the service I received on my last visit and over the past 12 yrs, especially when compared to conversations with family about their practices. So overall, a bright,clean, relaxing environment with friendly, experienced and informative staff that provide a excellent service. I cannot fault this practice and would and do recommend it to anyone who uses the NHS..

    Visited dietician in August, I was told to go to go upstairs to the dietician, I waited past my appointment time and was told to go to the lower level floor to see the dietician and then sent back up by the dietician to be weighed. I was in agony as I have mobility problems. Dietician not helpful with information, told me she see me in November and then I get a letter to be seen in March 2023. Told to Google recipes and information. What's the point in seeing a dietician if they advice you on nothing.
