    I had an str worker towards the end of 2022 who visited three times, I didn't feel particularly valued, supported or listened to, in fact quite the opposite. The options given to me included one service which closed about two years ago. I was discharged by the str worker after 3 appointments in January, with nothing in place except waiting for a referral to another department. I'm apparently on a waiting list, but in the meantime no one has been in touch to see if I'm actually still here! Following a call last week to the access team, I had a voicemail from a no caller id number left saying "hi this is Greenfields centre, you said you'd like some support, thank you, bye." in a tone which to me sounded neither caring nor interested, in fact quite dismissive. I will add that the lady I spoke to on the access team, was very kind however and did listen to what I had to say with empathy. The fact that I am still here, is certainly not because of any help I've received from Greenfields, because frankly I've received nothing that's been of any help to my mental health. They just do not care! And I'm now at the point where neither do I.

    Ik would say , with high pressures of patients demand , this team has always worked tirelessly to meet their patients demand. I am one person who has always used the service, and l can assure you from the cheerfully receptionist, to the nurses and the Doctors, l have always come out happy. Myself and my whole family belong to this practice, Thankyou for your continued help to the community

    Thank you to the two lovely nurses who took my bloods on Tuesday. Sometimes it's just lovely to know people Care and have time to listen - It does wonders for your mental health. Two lovely caring people who are definitely meant to be in a caring profession. Thanks again.
