I was amazed at how caring and friendly the Staff were !! Everyone we met greeted us with a smile and a word of welcome - we were made to feel as if we were actual people and not just a hospital number !! - so unusual these days. My podiatrist was kindness itself and he gave me complete confidence. As with the other Staff he was friendly, listened to what I had to say, and was full of empathy .Thank you so much for your help and understanding.

Review titled A long drive for an unavailable theatre

We had a long drive from Clifton for my poor suffering wife to be told that a theatre was unavailable for Steroid injections for her heels. I am most unhappy regarding a long drive for nothing and my wife is most distressed as expectations for treatment and some kind of relief for her excruciating pain were high on the agenda. After x-rays and scans in various hospitals and four long trips to Belmont, my wife can hardly walk at all and we are no further forward with any treatment after a year; awful!!
