I attended for colonoscopy feeling very anxious. Wonderful caring staff who explained whole procedure thoroughly. Treated very professionally but also with great kindness. Procedure was mildly uncomfortable but the sedation was very helpful. Would not be at all bothered if had to have another. Aftercare could not be faulted either. Friendly nurses and a sandwich! Grateful thanks to all concerned

The Receptionist at the Ross hospital is absolutely brilliant. I don't know her name, but she is incredibly helpful, friendly & efficient. She deserves an absolute 5 Star review. I'm not sure I've come across such excellent service for such a long time. Well done.
