   I can only give feedback from a visitor perspective. I have found the hospital to be clean, tidy and staff are very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to answer questions and listen to you. Unfortunately my friend was very poorly. The staff ensured that she was comfortable, clean and symptom managed. They also made sure they introduced themselves at each change of shift and ensured the welfare of family or friends were considered.

   I was treated with complete contempt by the physiotherapist I am 75 years old and was treated like I was a complete idiot he asked me if I was on medication I said no then he continued to ask if I was on all sorts of medication have I had cancer am I on medication for cancer I keep telling him I am not on any medication!!! . He didn't listen to anything I told him.it was the worst experience with a NHS person I have ever had he treated me like a stupid old man I will never go to phisiotherist at Bromyard community hospital again .
