I went to the toilet in there and the staff didn’t have a problem with it but then about 20 mins later as I was out at harton nook I went back in because I needed the toilet and they were telling me to get out and I told them that I had bladder problems and they didn’t acknowledge this at all and I tried explaining to them my problems and they said I don’t care get out you’ve already been. The staff who said this was the receptionist and another staff member behind the desk.

I can't cut my toenails & I go every 12 weeks. I have heard nothing so I rang them & asked about my appointment. They said I should have been seen at the start of Nov. Its now Jan. that's 20 weeks. I have problems getting my shoes on & I am in pain. I find it hard to walk. I am 75% blind have a heart condition asthma type 2 diabetes. People3 can't beleive I have had to weight so long

I rang surgery and spoke to someone after 5 minutes who was very pleasant and booked me in to see an advanced nurse specialist within 2 hours.I was seen promptly and was examined and given treatment by friendly and efficient professional. Very pleased with whole experience as I was feeling very unwell

Family member had appointment arranged by the surgery to see nurse about their COPD & Emphysema problem. When they saw nurse, they were told by nurse that they were the incorrect nurse to deal with this issue and it should not have made with them. Another appointment had to be made to see the correct nurse the next day. This caused further stress for the patient. This is not the first time incorrect appointments have been booked, for example being told they had face to face appointments but told on turning up it should have been by phone. Very poor and inefficient for both thr surgery & patient.

Girls lovey on booking me in for routine breast screening once in room to have breast screening lady did not explaine what she was doing not informative at all felt I was just on a convayerbelt .
