   I found the staff caring and highly effective. This was the case at all levels. I felt well cared for but was also helped prepare for home life after the hospital experience. The physio team play a very active and positive role in getting clients up and active. Medical staff kept me up to speed with my progress. Nurses treated me as human being with feelings and not a random patient. The nurse aides were highly professional in thier support roles. great to hear the stories about thier continuing education. as a volunteer teacher for Ukraine that impressed me a lot. catering was delivered on time and included a desert, often hot. the food was delivered by cheerful post individuals. the floors were always spotless. all of the staff should be very culture you help create every day. i am sure from your point of view it’s sometimes far from perfect and don’t get paid near enough for your great work but push on like your doing now. your all great
