    I brought my elderly mother in with a very large cut to her shin. Ok, we had to wait a couple of hours but the department was busy and a new computer system was being introduced. Reception staff were polite and professional. Medical staff were excellent....skilled, caring, communicative and efficient. They patched mum up and arranged a follow up meeting at the dressings clinic a week later. All staff contact was first class. The wound seems to be mending nicely and I have been supplied with dressings and instructions to continue care at home. First visit was afternoon of Wednesday 13th Dec with follow up on morning of Monday 18th. Thank you everyone!

    Thank you to the lovely triage nurse and person in charge at 4:15 pm today at the Cumberland Centre. They introduced themselves. Made us at ease. Were very thorough going through details when my daughter had come in with a dog bite. They dressed the wound and gave my daughter a tetanus. My daughter is needle phobic but was advised on what was happening by the nurse in charge. The nurse in charge also got my daughter lying down when she went light headed, pale and felt sick until she recovered Great team and great care - Thank you
